The OmniRH Series Rotary Actuators combine Omni™ direct drive motors, PurePrecision™ optical encoders, and precision bearings in a compact NEMA 23 package. As a result, they deliver smooth, accurate motion for demanding applications. In addition, their compact design makes integration fast and simple.
Each actuator includes a 288,000 CPR optical encoder and a 16.5 mm axial through-hole. Furthermore, optional shaft extensions and additional encoder resolutions provide greater design flexibility. The direct-drive design also eliminates backlash, reduces maintenance, and improves positioning accuracy.
The OmniRH delivers up to 0.106 Nm of continuous torque at speeds up to 200 RPM. For applications that require even smoother motion, the AgilityRH uses zero-cogging direct drive motor technology. It delivers up to 0.318 Nm of continuous torque at speeds up to 200 RPM.
Both models work with a wide range of servo drives and motion controllers. Therefore, they integrate easily into new or existing systems. As a result, they are an excellent choice for robotics, semiconductor equipment, laboratory automation, inspection systems, medical devices, and other precision motion control applications.
