Javelin™ Series Frameless Linear Motor

The Javelin™ Series Frameless Linear Motor delivers high-speed, direct-drive linear motion for robotics, automation, semiconductor equipment, and precision positioning systems. Its frameless design helps OEMs build compact, lightweight, and high-performance machines. As a result, engineers gain greater design flexibility while reducing system size and complexity.

The motor delivers high acceleration, smooth motion, and low cogging for accurate positioning. It also features high mechanical stiffness and low forcer inertia, improving dynamic performance and reducing settling time. In addition, single-sided and double-sided magnet track options allow engineers to optimize force, footprint, and overall machine design.

The Javelin Series works with a wide range of servo drives and motion controllers, making integration fast and straightforward. Customers can also choose custom windings, magnet tracks, and motor configurations to meet specific application requirements. Depending on the model, the series delivers continuous force from 6 N to 143 N, peak force up to 420 N, and maximum speeds up to 14.3 m/s.
