Denali Net-E EtherCAT Servo Drive

Ultra-Low Profile PCB Mount EtherCAT Servo Drive

The Ultra-Low Profile PCB Mount EtherCAT Servo Drive delivers advanced motion control performance in an extremely compact design. Built for applications where space is limited, it provides efficient and precise motor control for robotics, automation, medical devices, and miniature motion systems.

Small Size, High Performance

With dimensions of only 33 mm x 17.6 mm x 6 mm and a weight of just 3.86 g, this servo drive enables highly compact system designs. In addition, its PCB mount format allows direct integration into custom electronics and OEM assemblies, reducing overall system size and complexity.

Fast Communication and Flexible Feedback

The drive supports EtherCAT communication for fast, synchronized multi-axis control. Furthermore, it works with a wide range of feedback devices, including Digital Hall sensors, Quadrature Incremental Encoders, BiSS-C, and SSI. This flexibility makes it easy to integrate with different motors and encoder configurations.

Efficient Control for Compact Systems

Operating from a 5 to 48 VDC supply, the drive delivers 5 A continuous current and up to 10 A peak current for 1 second. Its 20–200 kHz PWM switching frequency enables smooth motor operation and precise control. Moreover, with efficiency of up to 99%, it minimizes heat generation and improves system reliability.

The Ultra-Low Profile PCB Mount EtherCAT Servo Drive is ideal for robotic joints, compact actuators, wearable robotics, laboratory equipment, and other space-constrained motion applications requiring high performance and low power consumption.
