The PCB Mount EtherCAT Servo Drive delivers high-performance motion control in a compact, lightweight design. Compact Design for Easy Integration
With dimensions of just 34.5 mm × 26 mm × 10.3 mm and a weight of only 18 g, this servo drive fits easily into space-constrained applications. Its PCB mount design also allows direct integration into custom control boards, helping reduce system size and simplify assembly.
High-Speed Motion Control
The drive operates from an 8 to 48 VDC supply and supports both DC brushed and rotary brushless motors. It delivers 10 A peak current (1 second) and offers selectable PWM switching frequencies of 20, 50, 100, and 200 kHz for smooth, precise motor control. In addition, EtherCAT communication enables fast, synchronized control across multiple axes, while efficiency of up to 99% helps reduce heat and power consumption.
Built-In Functional Safety
The drive features Safe Torque Off (STO) with SIL3 / PLe functional safety, providing reliable protection for operators and equipment. Therefore, it is ideal for robotic joints, compact actuators, laboratory automation, medical equipment, and other high-performance motion applications where safety, speed, and reliability are critical.
