The AZ16E-300 Absolute Position Indicator provides accurate position measurement and visualization for up to three machine axes. The large 7-digit LCD display clearly shows position values, reference points, battery status, measurement units, and degree symbols for excellent readability. In addition, users can switch between millimeters and inches, including fractional inch display, to accommodate different machine standards and operator preferences.
The AZ16E-300 supports up to three external magnetic sensors, enabling multi-axis position measurement from a single display. Furthermore, users can switch seamlessly between absolute and incremental measuring modes, making the indicator suitable for a wide range of positioning and setup applications.
To improve flexibility, the device includes three adjustable tool offsets, configurable counting direction, decimal point adjustment, multiplication factors, and an adjustable reference value. A key lock prevents unauthorized parameter changes, while the snap-in housing allows quick installation and is fully compatible with the Z16 mounting system.
For advanced machine integration, the AZ16E-300 is available with optional RS232, RS422, RS485, or 868 MHz wireless communication, as well as optional RJ45 inputs and outputs for additional machine functions.
