The Ultra version is factory pre-calibrated, providing significantly higher accuracy than standard inductive encoders while maintaining simple installation and long-term reliability.
Its bearingless design allows direct integration into rotary systems without precision couplings or calibration during installation. In addition, generous axial and radial tolerances simplify assembly and reduce installation time while maintaining exceptional positioning performance.
The encoder supports SSI, BiSS-C, SPI, and asynchronous serial interfaces with RS422 outputs, making it compatible with a wide range of motion controllers and PLCs. Operating from 4.5–32 VDC, it withstands shock, vibration, EMC, dust, moisture, salt fog, and extreme temperatures, making it an excellent solution for mission-critical applications.
