The OREA encoder is an optical absolute encoder system for high-resolution applications with maximum accuracy. It’s a reflective kit encoder that can be fixed quickly and easily. The encoder is developed for absolute positioning. The code wheel can be customized for different hollow shaft sizes on request. The housing can also be customized to achieve a flatter installation space. Calibration is mandatory after initial installation. Calibration minimizes the eccentricity.
