Mercury II™ Series – MII6000

Mercury II™ encoders deliver industry-leading resolution and accuracy in a compact sensor body. Achieving resolutions down to 1.2 nm, Mercury II ensures smoother velocity control and faster, more precise linear positioning for linear motors, stages, and wire bonders.

Its compact tape scale system is just 6 mm wide—less than half the size of competing systems—and supports broad alignment tolerances of ±2°, making installation quick and easy, often under 30 seconds. Optional built-in or stick-on optical index and limits further simplify setup.
