The STD-37 is a high-precision, contact-less optical reflective absolute position sensor from Statum Motion. Built around proprietary Duplus core technology, it integrates dual sensing heads and advanced signal processing into a remarkably compact 8 mm profile, delivering redundancy and accuracy without compromise.

With up to 22-bit resolution and ±4 mdeg accuracy, the STD-37 is engineered for applications where positional integrity is critical. Its wide assembly tolerances (±0.4 mm radial run-out, 1.75 ± 0.5 mm air gap) make installation straightforward, and factory off-axis calibration means it’s ready to perform right out of the box. Fine-tuning and parameter configuration, including rotation direction and zero-point setup, are available via the Statum Studio software tool.
