What are your company’s core values or mission when it comes to motion control?
Our mission is to deliver maximum precision and absolute customization in motion control. We focus on designing encoders, rotary actuators, magnetic rings, tapes, and sensors that enable highly reliable, ultra-accurate positioning – even in demanding environments. Our approach is built on engineering depth, long-term partnership, and the flexibility to adapt every product to the customer’s application.
What industries or applications are you most focused on serving today?
We serve a global customer base, with a strong presence in robotics, industrial machinery & factory automation, new-space applications, electromedical equipment, semiconductor machines, defense applications, and packaging machinery. These sectors demand the highest levels of accuracy and durability, which align perfectly with our technological strengths.
How has your product line evolved in response to market needs?
Over the years, our portfolio has evolved toward increasing flexibility, higher precision, and fully customized magnetic solutions.
We have expanded our capabilities to allow customers to:
- Create any ring size from Ø5 mm up to 2000 mm
- Define their own magnetic coding, including PRC, Nonius, and fully tailor-made patterns
- Combine unlimited pole configurations and pole pitches
- Produce tapes in lengths up to 210 meters, including incremental, absolute, and custom code patterns
- Request precisely pre-cut tapes, mini-strips, and even lot sizes starting from a single piece

What are the most in-demand products right now from your portfolio?
The strongest demand currently comes from our customized magnetic rings and magnetic tapes, especially in applications that require:
- Non-standard dimensions
- Specific or complex pole patterns

- Short development cycles or small production series

Flexibility is one of our core strengths. We support everything from one-piece prototypes to large-scale OEM production while maintaining consistent precision. Our manufacturing process allows customization of size, magnetic patterns, geometry, materials, tolerances, and mounting variations.
Whether an OEM needs a fully bespoke magnetic ring, a unique coding scheme, or a special installation concept, we can tailor the solution with minimal constraints and short lead times.
Can you share one or two key innovations that your team is especially proud of?
We are particularly proud of our:
- Fully customizable magnetic ring platform, which allows customers to define any diameter, pole pattern, and pole pitch — enabling unique encoder configurations that were previously not feasible.
- High-precision magnetic tape production, including tape reels up to 210 meters, pre-cut and mini-strip formats, and custom absolute/incremental coding — all produced with exceptional stability and reproducibility.
